What is your return policy?

  • No Returns or Credits for Items Shipped Internationally.

  • Returns of unused, unworn items can be made within 60 Days of purchase. 

  • Any items where terms state that sale is final are non-returnable. 

  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. 

  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 

  • We do not have an "exchange" process - simply return your item and place a new order for the alternate item. 

How do I make a return?

Where do you ship?

We ship to US and most international addresses. 

Exceptions are:

  • No PO boxes

  • Products restricted to select regions based on brand or local regulations

If you have any questions, add the product to your cart and enter your desired destination at checkout to confirm.

I need a replacement part for my bike. What's the easiest way to find it?

We have two recommended methods to find the exact part needed.

  • The search bar can be used to type bike models and/or part names. Remember to use quotes to search for the entire phrase. If nothing is found, try typing something more general - for example, Bearing.

  • The Shop All Parts & Tools collection will have all small parts available. Filters narrow down by bike or by part category.

If you are having trouble finding your specific bike model and version, use the Bike Archive as a reference.

How much does shipping cost?

For Continental United States, a flat rate of $9.95 will be charged for standard shipping. For shipping outside of the US, shipping rates are calculated and include the cost of any associated customs/import taxes. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. We also offer Shop Pay as an option at checkout.
