The Fazua Ride 60 battery on the Skitch is desgined to be charged while inside the frame, and only removed for service.

Fazua firmware updates can be installed either via the Fazua phone app, through consumer Fazua Toolbox desktop software, or at your local Santa Cruz Bicycles dealer.

No, your bike is pre-programmed and ready to ride straight from the factory.

The FAZUA App connects to your bike via Bluetooth, and allows you to view live riding data (I.E. power output, & battery percentate of charge). You're also able to select different assist modes, download new riding profiles, and update your Fazua system's firmware.

Fazua Ride 60 uses cranks with the ETOR spindle interface.

In the US, the Skitch is considered a Class 3 ebike with a 28mph max speed.
In Canada, the Skitch max speed is 32kph.
In the UK the Skitch max speed is 15.5mph.

There is no throttle. The Skitch is pedal assist only.

The Skitch will hold two bottle cages without the range extender battery installed.

Yes. We designed it to work with up to 700x50mm while using fenders. Tires and fenders vary greatly, so treat these numbers as guidelines, not gospel.

Yes! We've included options for routing internally-routed dropper posts on the Skitch. Just make sure you order a 27.2mm post.

The frame will clear a 700x50mm size tire.
