Trans-Cascadia 2018 - The Video Recap

Octubre 01 — 2018 | Santa Cruz, CA

In late July a few employees from the Santa Cruz factory set off to help clean and clear trails for the 4th edition of Trans-Cascadia. The race spans four days of racing across primitive Pacific Northwest singletrack and it's all part of the Trans-Cascadia's (read more about the non-profit on their site) mission to promote and build sustainable trails in the PNW. The days are punishing, ranging anywhere from 6-8 hours a day on the bike, if you keep moving - this year saw the racers ride 90 miles with 16,958 feet of climbing but they were also heavily rewarded with 27,060 feet of descending. Truly a party in the woods.

Video footage of the festivities started hitting our inboxes after day one and all it did was make us wish we were there. Check out the action below.
