“Mountain biking is more than a sport - everyone deserves to experience it!"

Aneela is one of our longest-standing ambassadors, whose infectious passion and energy rally people of all ages and from all walks of life to get their wheels rolling.

A professional mountain bike guide, coach, and tutor, she is also the founder of Mòr Diversity, a specialist Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging consultancy working at the intersection of people, systems, and outdoor spaces. Aneela works directly across the cycling and outdoor industry, inspiring leaders, brands, and communities to champion inclusion.

At her core, Aneela believes in bringing out the absolute best in people. Over the years, she has guided mountain bike trips across Scotland, coached newcomers into the sport, and organised community rides throughout the UK. A pioneer in the space, she helped qualify the UK’s first-ever adaptive mountain bike leaders, breaking down barriers and opening up the trails so more people can belong.

Aneela was humbled to win ‘Local Hero of the Year’ at the Scottish Mountain Biking Awards, as well as being named ‘Most Outstanding Human’ at the Singletrack Reader Awards. On top of her consulting work, she remains deeply rooted in grassroots advocacy as co-founder of The FNY Collective and MissAdventures, a women and girls mountain biking charity helping to level the playing field for future generations.

What’s your favorite part of your day job?

"Seeing that absolute buzz when someone rides a section of trail for the first time and is so incredibly chuffed with what they’ve just achieved! It’s all about creating welcoming spaces where people can discover what they’re truly capable of, grow their confidence, and progress on the bike. My mission is to open the trails up even wider because the confidence, resilience, and joy you find on a mountain bike is something you carry right back into your everyday life."
