Chris Johnston

Bio

From a stint as a bicycle messenger to standing on podiums at Crankworx, Chris’s life on two wheels has been pinned from the outset. Born and raised on New Zealand’s North Island, Chris has spent the last 10-years marinating himself in the mountain bike mecca of British Columbia.

Honing his skills on the North Shore, Chris would soon discover the burgeoning world of enduro racing. Success at prestigious events like Crankworx, the Trans Provence and Andes Pacifico would follow. Now in his sixth year on Santa Cruz, Chris will be focussing his attention at select events including the Kingdom Enduro in South Africa, Trans Provence and Trans Cascadia.
