Solo becomes 5010

Here's the scoop on how the new name came about.

Some of you may have noticed that...

SOLO

...has recently been rechristened to...

5010

The rebadging exercise ensures this model can no longer be confused with any other similarly trade-marked item... be it a drinks cup, a Star Wars character, a Hungarian hybrid car (look it up) or even a 700c rigid bicycle for that matter.

So why 5010?

If it wasn't already obvious, our product manager is a big fan of NGC 5010, a lenticular galaxy located about 140 million light years away.

Why "Go Solo" when you can "Go Intergalactic".  Take it away boys...
